DeKalb County's Utility Customer Operations (UCO) center was experiencing a technical issue that intermittently caused a phone to turn off during the call, resulting in the customer's call being disconnected. We have been working with our vendor, and believe that it has been resolved, however we will continue to monitor for any reoccurrence. On December 14^th, 2010, The DeKalb County Board of Commissioners approved multi-year water and sewer rate adjustments (2012-2014). As scheduled, the new water and sewer rates will become effective on January 1, 2014. For more information on the new 2014 rates, please visit the DWM website at www.dekalbwatershed.com under billing.

In order to access your account, please enter your customer number. This number can be found on the top of your last statement. You can also gain access by entering your street address and zip code but this must be entered exactly as it appears on your statement.

Customers with more than one account at your location (such as irrigation, sanitation or recycling), must use the customer number to specify the correct account.
